Friday, September 29th- Yachats Commons
5:00pm - The Festival kicks off with a Traditional Tapping of the Keg and the singing of the Yachats Oktoberfest Song!!!
5:30pm to 9:00pm - Polkafest
There’ll be plenty of dancing, beer, and brats… If you don’t know how to polka, we’ll teach you!!! Friday events are free. (Beer, Brats, and Pretzels available for purchase.)
Saturday, September 30th
The celebration spreads throughout the community.
11:00am to 2:00pm: Volkswalk
You can participate in the Volkswalk. Stop by the Pavillion behind the Commons, purchase your Volkswalk Passport for $5.00, visit our local participating businesses, and gather your passport stamps. Receive a passport stamp at each business you visit. If you make a purchase, you'll receive an additional stamp. Turn in your completed passport by 2:00PM to be entered into a raffle for an authentic German souvenir.
1:00pm to 3:00pm: Wine Tasting @Beach Daisy Wine. Sample a variety of specially selected German Wines and noshes.
1:00pm to 3:00pm - Beer Tasting @Yachats Brewing. Sample their special Yachats Oktoberfest Brew, made just for the festival, as well as a selection of other beers from their tap list.
2:00pm - Home Brew Workshop with Walter. Walter is the brewer for Yachats Brewing.
Saturday Evening, September 30th

4:00pm to 6:00pm - Oktoberfest First Dinner Seating
7:00pm - 9:00pm - Oktoberfest Second Dinner Seating
Music, Dancing, Beer, Brats, other traditional German foods, AND a Commemorative Yachats Oktoberfest Beer Stein!!!
Tickets are $40.00, and seating is limited.

Sunday, October 1st
Yachats Community Presbyterian Church
10:00am - The festival closes with a Traditional Harvest Worship @Yachats Community Presbyterian Church, reception to follow.
